Swearingen SA227-AT Merlin IV-A, N240DH, incident occurred on September 17, 2026, at Smyrna Airport (MQY/KMQY), Smyrna, Tennessee

- History of Flight:
On September 17, 2026, at about 0225 local time, a Swearingen SA227-AT Merlin IV-A, N240DH, registered to and being operated Ameriflight as AMF7206, sustained unknown damage when it overran runway 1 due to a thrust reverser not deploying at Smyrna Airport (MQY/KMQY), Smyrna, Tennessee. The two pilots were not injured. The cargo flight originated from Laredo International Airport (LRD/KLRD), 
Laredo, Texas, at 2138.
