- History of Flight:
On August 20, 2026, at about 1615 local time, a Sling Aircraft Sling LSA, N187PF, registered to the Pacific Flight Academy LLC, sustained unknown damage when it landed on runway 21 with the front gear causing damage. It went around and attempted to land again and the front gear collapsed. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL/PHNL), Honolulu, Hawaii, at 1526.
