On August 20, 2026, at about 1035 local time, a Piper PA-23-250 Aztec C, N6321Y, registered to Aviate LLC, sustained unknown damage when it suffered a nose gear collapse on runway 31L (or 31R not sure) at Reid-Hillview Airport of Santa Clara County (RHV/KRHV), San Jose, California. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated Tracy Municipal Airport (TCY/KTCY), Tracy, California, at 1012.
