On July 9, 2026, at about 1143 local time, a Stits SA-11A Playmate, N21JB, registered to JVG3 Inc, sustained substantial damage when it crashed for unknown reasons and came to rest inverted during a landing attempt on runway 18/36 (turf 2600 x 72 ft) at Haller Airpark (7FL4), Green Cove Springs, Florida. The pilot suffered unknown injuries.
