- History of Flight:
On May 12, 2026, at about 2258 local time, a Bell 407, N652AE, registered to Air Evac Lifeteam, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at at Baylor University Medical Center Dallas Heliport (XA61), Dallas, Texas. The pilot and two medical crew were not injured.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft collided with a roof-mounted camera on takeoff which caused loss of power in the tail rotor and landed hard."
