On April 4, 2026, at about 1250 local time, a Schweizer SGS 1-36, N3621B, registered to Tampa Bay Soaring Society Inc, sustained unknown damage when it crash landed in a field shortly after takeoff for unknown reasons near Zephyrhills Municipal Airport (ZPH/KZPH), Zephyrhills, Florida. The pilot was not injured.
