- History of Flight:
On April 24, 2026, at about 1347 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-34-220T Seneca V, N6XT, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Kissimmee Gateway Airport (ISM/KISM), Orlando, Florida. The pilot was not injured. The local flight originated at 1258.

The FAA reported: "Aircraft veered off runway on landing, went through a fence and small post crash fire." ADS-B data shows that the airplane departed the right side of runway 15 going about 54 knots (groundspeed).
