CSA PiperSport, N610PS, accident occurred on April 24, 2026, near Crownpoint, New Mexico

- History of Flight:
On April 24, 2026, at about 1550 local time, a privately-registered CSA PiperSport, N610PS, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident near Crownpoint, New Mexico. The pilot was not injured. The personal flight originated from Double Eagle II Airport (AEG/KAEG), Albuquerque, New Mexico, at 1446.

The FAA reported: "Aircraft struck a fence while landing on a road." Unconfirmed reports suggests the airplane ran out of fuel.
