On February 12, 2026, at about 1159 local time, a privately-registered Cozy MK IV, N350SS, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Anoka County–Blaine Airport/Janes Field (ANE/KANE), Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pilot was not injured. The personal flight originated from Duluth International Airport (DLH/KDLH), Duluth, Minnesota, at 1055 LT.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft nose gear collapsed on landing rollout." The event occurred on runway 9.
