On October 31, 2026, at about 1206 local time, a privately-registered RLU-1 Breezy, N234BB, was not damaged when it was involved in an accident in Alton, Missouri.
The FAA reported that the became incapacitated due to a medical emergency and the airplane rolled into the grass after taxiing to park.
