On October 25, 2026, at about 0937 local time, a Piper PA-28-151 Warrior, N41369, registered to Ascent Aviation Inc and doing business as Ascent Aviation Academy, sustained minor damage when it landed on runway 16L and struck a taxiway light at KVNY. The pilot and two passengers were not injured. The local flight originated at 0931.
