- History of Flight:
On October 26, 2026, at about 0945 local time, a privately-registered Just JA35 SuperSTOL Stret, N733DF, sustained substantial damage when it clipped a powerline and impacted terrain during an apparent emergency landing attempt in Macclesfield, North Carolina. The pilot suffered minor injuries.

The airplane departed from the area about 25 minutes earlier and was conducting a series of low altitude orbits. Towards the end of the track, the airplane entered a descending left hand turn towards its departure point, but with a notable decay in groundspeed values until the end of the track.

Videographic evidence shows the airplane in a slow descent towards an open field when it struck a powerline, causing it to impact the ground right wing first before coming to rest.
