- History of Flight:
On October 23, 2026, at about 1106 local time, a Cessna 414A Chancellor, N414CS, registered to Careflight Logistics LLC, sustained unknown damage when it landed with the nose gear up on runway 8 at Crossville Memorial Airport (CSV/KCSV), Crossville, Tennessee. There were no injuries. The flight originated from Smyrna Airport (MQY/KMQY), Smyrna, Tennessee, at 0932 LT.
The airplane initiated 4 flybys over the runway and came in for an emergency landing with the nose gear up and first responders awaiting.
