- History of Flight:
On June 23, 2026, at about 0930 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-12 Super Cruiser, N3013M, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident in Warren, Idaho. The pilot was not injured.
The FAA reported that the airplane was high and fast on final approach and attempted a go around but overshot the runway and came to rest into terrain at the end of the runway.
The NTSB is investigating.
