- History of Flight:
On June 23, 2026, at about 0857 local time, a Cessna 172S Skyhawk SP, N413AA, and a Cessna 172R Skyhawk, N9417Z, both registered to American Aviation Inc, sustained unknown damage following a ground collision at the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport (BKV/KBKV), Brooksville, Florida. The pilot and passenger onboard each aircraft were not injured. Both aircraft were being operated on local training flights out of the airport.
The FAA reported that: "N413AA, Aircraft was waiting for departure clearance when it was struck from behind by N9417Z." and "N9417Z: Aircraft was taxiing after landing and struck N413AA from behind."
