- History of Flight:
On June 23, 2026, at about 1015 local time, a privately-registered Ryan Navion, N4583K, sustained substantial damage in a forced landing near Bismarck Memorial Airport (H57), Bismarck, Missouri. The pilot was not injured.
The FAA reported that the airplane crashed in a field due to a trim failure. The NTSB is investigating.
