On May 10, 2026, at about 1206 local time, a Piper PA-38-112 Tomahawk, N2406K, registered to Healdsburg Aviation Inc, sustained minor damage when it suffered a nose gear collapse on runway 31R at Chico Regional Airport (CIC/KCIC), Chico, California. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Healdsburg Municipal Airport (KHES), Healdsburg, California, at 1055.
