- History of Flight:
On July 19, 2026, at about 1440 local time, a de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver, N791PW, registered to N791PW LLC, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident in Nondalton, Alaska. The pilot was not injured.
The FAA reported that the airplane's brake malfunctioned after landing, causing it to ground loop, striking the wing and entering a ditch. The NTSB is investigating.
