On July 25, 2026, at about 1430 local time, a privately-registered Cessna 150M, N18YZ, sustained unknown, but apparent substantial damage when it crashed in a landfill due to engine issues near Lancaster Regional Airport (LNC/KLNC), Lancaster, Texas. The pilot and passenger were not injured.
