On June 20, 2026, at about 2010 local time, a Sonex Onex, N151DK, registered to JDA Consulting LLC, sustained unknown damage following a forced landing on a road to an engine failure near Stilwell, Kansas. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Miami County Airport (K81), Paola, Kansas, at 1959.

On 20 February 2026, the airplane was involved in a forced landing near Olathe, Kansas, due to engine issues.
