Cessna 182S Skylane, N7270H, incident occurred on June 20, 2026, at Wing South Airpark (FA37), Naples, Florida

- History of Flight:
On June 20, 2026, at about 1028 local time, a 
Cessna 182S Skylane, N7270H, registered to Sundowners Inc, sustained unknown, but apparent substantial damage when it overrun runway 18 into a fence at the Wing South Airpark (FA37), Naples, Florida. The pilot was not injured.

The FAA reported that the airplane was departing when the pilot lost control and came to rest against a retaining wall damaging the left wing.

ADS-B data shows that the airplane accelerated up to 83 knots (groundspeed) before attempting an aborted takeoff. The airpark features a 4400 x 100 ft asphalt runway.
