- History of Flight:
On May 11, 2026, at about 2013 local time, a Cirrus SR20 G6 TRAC, N489AV, registered to Westwind School of Aeronautics Phoenix LLC and doing business as United Aviate Academy, sustained minor damage when it struck FOD (foreign object debris) on runway 5 at Casa Grande Municipal Airport (CGZ/KCGZ), Casa Grande, Arizona. The pilot and two passengers were not injured. The training flight originated from Phoenix Goodyear Airport (GYR/KGYR), Goodyear, Arizona, at 1824.
