- History of Flight:
On April 8, 2026, at about 1033 local time, a privately-registered Cessna 150G, N4714X, sustained substantial damage following a forced landing near Cave Creek, Arizona. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The personal flight originated from the Deer Valley Airport (DVT/KDVT), Phoenix, Arizona, at 1003 local time.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft made an emergency landing due to engine issues and flipped over."
