- History of Flight:
On March 3, 2026, at about 1500 local time, a privately-registered Beechcraft A24R Sierra 200, N9721L, sustained minor damage following an emergency landing at Hayward Executive Airport (HWD/KHWD), Hayward, California. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The local flight originated from the airport at 1310 LT.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft landed gear up and veered off runway." A video posted by wcolby on Youtube shows that the airplane landed with the right main gear up, the airplane veered right, but did not sustain any further damage or a propeller strike.
