- History of Flight:
On February 16, 2026, at about 1522 local time, a privately-registered Cirrus SR22 G2, N464PC, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Northeast Ohio Regional Airport (HZY/KHZY), Ashtabula, Ohio. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The flight originated from Pickens County Airport (KJZP), Jasper, Georgia, at 1220 LT, and was destined to KHZY.

The FAA reported: "Aircraft bounced on landing, veered off runway and nose gear collapsed." ADS-B data show that the airplane landed on runway 27. Winds at the time were from 190° at 11 knots.
