Cessna 172N Skyhawk, N2050E, incident occurred on January 30, 2026, near Goshen, Utah

- History of Flight:
On January 30, 2026, at about 1043 local time, a Cessna 172N Skyhawk, N2050E, registered to TCV Capital Holdings LLC and being operated by a local flight school, was not damaged in a forced landing near Goshen, Utah. The local training flight originated from the Spanish Fork Municipal Airport/Woodhouse Field (SPK/KSPK), 
Spanish Fork, Utah, at 1017 LT.

The FAA reported: "Aircraft made an emegency landing on a highway due to engine issues." ADS-B data indicates the airplane was conducting maneuvers in the general vicinity of the highway when it stopped transporting data during a descent.

The airplane was flown out of the highway on the same day about 1500 LT and returned to KSPK.
