- History of Flight:
On November 26, 2025, a Canadian-registered Piper PA-12 (Gray RG12), C-FGEW, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at Southwest Michigan Regional Airport (BEH/KBEH), Benton Harbor, Michigan. The two occupants onboard were not injured.
The airplane flipped over on landing. Winds at the time were from 240°at 27 knots, gusting 43 knots.
