On September 19, 2026, at about 1340 local time, a Ted Smith Aerostar 600, N11111, registered to Star Flight LLC, sustained unknown damage when it landed on runway 17 with the nose gear up at KTIW. The pilot and two passengers were not injured. The flight originated from Auburn Municipal Airport (S50), Auburn, Washington.
