On September 12, 2026, at about 1244 local time, a privately-registered Sonex Xenos, N540EV, sustained unknown damage when it struck taxiway lights and a PAPI light while attempting to take off from runway 6 at Martha's Vineyard Airport (MVY/KMVY), Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts. The pilot was not injured.
