- History of Flight:
On September 25, 2026, at about 1625 local time, a Cessna 421B Golden Eagle II, N421FA, registered to All In Aviation LLC out of Longview, Texas, sustained unknown damage when it experienced a right main gear collapse while taxiing for departure at BNA, incurring a propeller strike. The pilot was not injured.
The airplane arrived at BNA on a flight from Shreveport Downtown Airport (DTN/KDTN), Shreveport, Louisiana, on September 6, 2026.
The FAA reported an incorrect N number in their report.
