- History of Flight:
On September 25, 2026, at about 1730 local time, a Bell 47G-4A helicopter, N55ZD, registered to the American Airpower Heritage Flying Museum, was presumably not damaged in a landing near Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. The pilot was not injured.
The FAA reported that the helicopter reported a loss of engine rpm and made a precautionary landing on a highway. The pilot inspected the helicopter and took off.
