- History of Flight:
On May 1, 2026, at about 1359 local time, a Champion 7ECA Citabria, N9519S, registered to the KS Flying Club Inc, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Manhattan Regional Airport (MHK/KMHK), Manhattan, Kansas. The pilot was not injured.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft conducting a touch-and-go landing, veered off runway and came to rest nose down in the grass."
