- History of Flight:
On May 4, 2026, at about 1825 local time, a Cessna 421C Golden Eagle, N6161X, registered to Golden Eagle Aircraft LLC, sustained minor damage following an incident near Kirksville, Missouri. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Quincy Regional Airport (UIN/KUIN), Quincy, Illinois, at 1728.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft right-side windscreen blew out and diverted to IRK." ADS-B data shows that the airplane was cruising at 20,000 ft when it entered a rapid 2000 feet per minute (fpm) from cruise altitude and diverted to Kirksville Regional Airport (KIRK), Kirksville, Missouri.
