History of Flight:
On March 4, 2026, at about 1415 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-18-150 Super Cub, N3695Z, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident in Sonora, Texas. The pilot and passenger were not injured.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft reported airspeed issues after takeoff and made a forced ladning on the runway." The NTSB is investigating the event as an accident.
