History of Flight:
On March 19, 2026, at about 1755 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-12 Super Cruiser, N7632H, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident near St. Helens, Oregon. The pilot was not injured.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft attempting to depart from an island along the Columbia river and became inverted in the water."
