- History of Flight:
On January 9, 2026, at about 1034 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-18-150 Super Cub, N821PC, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in a runway excursion in Phoenix, Arizona. The pilot was not injured.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft conducting a touch and go went off the runway into rocks."
