Fairchild SA227-AC Metro III, N370AE, incident occurred on January 13, 2026, at Prescott Regional/Ernest A Love Field Airport (PRC/KPRC), Prescott, Arizona

- History of Flight:
On January 13, 2026, at about 0614 local time, a Fairchild SA227-AC Metro III, N370AE, registered to Ameriflight and being operated as flight AMF4133, suffered unknown damage following an incident at Prescott Regional/Ernest A Love Field Airport (PRC/KPRC), Prescott, Arizona. The sole pilot onboard was not injured. The on-demand Part 135 cargo flight was destined to the Phoenix-Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX/KPHX), Phoenix, Arizona.

According to the FAA: "Aircraft on departure, veered off the runway then maneuvered back onto runway where it became disabled." ADS-B data indicates the airplane taxied to runway 3R and initiated a takeoff at 0614:14 LT. Eight seconds later, at 0614:22, the airplane was seen at 47 knots (groundspeed) before the track went blank. At 0614:48, the airplane was seen about 2500 ft down the 7619 ft long runway and had decelerated to about 13 knots (groundspeed). The airplane came to a stop a few seconds later and became disabled.
