- History of Flight:
On January 17, 2026, at about 0937 local time, a privately-registered Maule M-7-235B Super Rocket, N116G, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at Yellowstone Regional Airport (COD/KCOD), Cody, Wyoming. The pilot and four passengers were not injured. The personal flight originated from Sheridan Airport (SHR/KSHR), Sheridan, Wyoming, at 0817, and was destined to KCOD.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft drifted to the left after landing, over corrected and ground looped."
