- History of Flight:
On October 31, 2025, at about 1646 local time, a Piper PA-31-35 Navajo Chieftain, N13CA, registered to Aeroclub Management LLC, was on a post maintenance test flight when it declared an emergency because a part of the engine cowling came off near Cincinnati, Ohio. The airplane sustained minor damage, the pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Columbus Municipal Airport (CLU/KBAK), Columbus, Indiana, and was presumably destined to the Cincinnati Municipal Airport (LUK/KLUK), Cincinnati, Ohio.
