- History of Flight:
On October 11, 2025, at about 1455 local time, a Beechcraft J35 Bonanza, N610KG, sustained minor damage when it was involved in an incident at Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB/KDAB), Daytona Beach, Florida. There were no injuries.
According to the FAA; "Reported an open door on takeoff and landed without incident. A post flight inspection revealed the emergency window was missing."
According to ADS-B data from the day of the event, at 1437 LT, the airplane was seen departing runway 34 followed by a right turn into the traffic pattern and an uneventful landing. At 1456 LT, the airplane was seen departing the same runway when it entered a climbing left hand turn and flew west towards Tampa Executive Airport (VDF), Tampa, Florida. The FAA reported the time of the incident as 1455.
