On June 9, 2025, at about 1350 local time, a Cirrus SR22, N408RF, registered to Fogel Services Inc out of Ladson, SC, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Orangeburg Municipal Airport (OGB/KOGB), Orangeburg, South Carolina. The pilot was not injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations CFR Part 91 persona flight, which originated from the Donaldson Center Airport (GYH/KGYH), Greenville, South Carolina, at about 1240 LT.
