- History of Flight:
On July 29, 2026, at about 1630 local time, a Cessna A188B Agwagon, N731CQ, registered to D & K Aviation Inc, sustained substantial damage when it struck a powerline and impacted terrain near Algona, Iowa. The pilot was not injured. The NTSB is investigating.
