- History of Flight:
On April 22, 2026, at about 1521 local time, a Learjet 35A, N817EM, registered to Centennial Capital LLC and being operated by International Jet Aviation Services, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at Centennial Airport (APA/KAPA), Denver, Colorado. The two pilots and two passengers were not injured. The Part 135 flight originated from Spirit of St. Louis Airport (KSUS), St. Louis, Missouri, at 1321.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft on landing and experienced a runway excursion coming to a stop at taxiway A14." ADS-B data shows that the airplane departed the left side of runway 17L going about 53 knots (groundspeed). At 1453, the winds were from 260 at 22 knots, gusting 32 knots. At 1553, the winds were from 270 at 15 knots, gusting 30 knots.
