On April 22, 2026, at about 1400 local time, a Cessna 172M Skyhawk, N868SA, registered to S O W Aviation LLC, sustained unknown damage when it veered left and struck runway threshold edge marker during takeoff at Crystal River Airport-Captain Tom Davis Field (CGC/KCGC), Crystal River, Florida. The pilot and passenger were not injured.
