- History of Flight:
On February 11, 2026, at about 1450 local time, a Piper PA-28-161 Warrior, N4346D, registered to Lane Community College, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident near Eugene, Oregon. The flight instructor and student were not injured. The local training flight originated from Eugene Airport (KEUG), Eugene, Oregon, at 1351 LT.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft conducting an engine out training procedure struck a power line."
