On June 14, 2026, at about 1550 local time, a Piper PA-28-235 Cherokee Charger, N15564, registered to Santi Cali Aviation LLC, sustained substantial damage when it impacted trees during an attempted takeoff from Key West International Airport (EYW/KEYW), Key West, Florida. The pilot and passenger suffered minor injuries. The airplane was reportedly destined to Apopka Airport (X04), Orlando, Florida.
