- History of Flight:
On December 10, 2025, at about 1044 local time, a Cessna 425 Conquest I, N111KU, registered to Lot-A-Go Six LLC out of Polson, Montana, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Dallas-Addison Airport (ADS/KADS), Dallas, Texas. The two pilots and four passengers were not injured. The cross-country business flight originated from the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (KBJC), Denver, Colorado, and was destined to KADS.
Preliminary ADS-B data indicates the airplane landed on runway 34 and exited into taxiway A via J when it veered left into the grass while travelling about 12 knots groundspeed. The airplane incurred a propeller strike as a result. Winds at the time were from 020° at 12 knots, gusting 22 knots.
