On November 21, 2025, at about 1338 local time, a privately-registered Zenair STOL CH 701, N43AH, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at Shady Cove Airpark (OG31), Shady Cove, Oregon. The pilot sustained minor injuries.
The FAA reported "Aircraft landed short of the runway and nosed over."
