- History of Flight:
On December 12, 2025, at about 1617 local time, a Diamond DA42 Twin Star, N408SA, registered to Take Flight Aviation LLC, sustained substantial damage when it suffered a left main landing gear collapse upon/during a landing attempt on runway 4 at Orange County Airport (MGJ/KMGJ), Montgomery, New York. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The local flight originated from KMGJ.
