On October 10, 2026, at about 1535 local time, a Rockwell Commander 112TC-A, N4687W, registered to American Dream Aviation LLC, sustained substantial damage when it experienced a nose gear collapse upon/during landing on runway 14 at Republic Airport (FRG/KFRG), Farmingdale, New York. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Lincoln Park Airport (N07), Lincoln Park, New Jersey, at 1509.
